Adult Fit Spotlight

Our adult fit 90 Day Challenge is starting up again the week of August 29th! The 90 Day Challenge is designed for our adult fit athletes to come in an unlimited amount of times during the challenge and push themselves to great health and overall fitness. We help our participants set goals and keep them motivated throughout the entire process! Many of our athletes saw improvements during our last challenge and can’t wait for it to begin again. Here is an interview with one of our most dedicated adult fit athletes, Apple.

Q: How many days a week do you come to adult fit?

A: I come take Adult Fit classes at Varsity 5 days a week.

Q: What keeps you coming back?

A: I keep coming back to Varsity because the facility is nice and very safe. Also, the smile of the Varsity coaches and the way they coach is very welcoming.

Q: What do you like about adult fit?

A: Strength building, stretching, and yoga inspired exercise.

Q: What improvements have you seen?

A: I can do a handstand now!!!

Q: Will you do the 90 day challenge again and why?

A: Yes, that's my plan. I want to keep the good habit of exercising and also win the challenge, haha!

Q: What was your favorite part of the challenge?

A: My favorite thing was seeing my friends everyday who were part of the challenge. It also made exercising fun!

Q: Would you recommend the challenge for others who want to get in shape or lead a healthy lifestyle?

A: Of course!

Q: Do you have any additional comments?

A: I strongly recommend both adults and children, no matter what their level of exercise is, to come try the class at Varsity and see how awesome it is!
