Meet our new VCA Team Captains!!!

New this Spring, VCA decided to have Team Captains for our Competition Prep Teams. Interested candidates had to write an essay about why they wanted to be team captain, including qualifications, commitment, and goals they had for their team.

Candidates attendance with class and performances were also taken into consideration as well as behavior, leadership skills, and commitment to their team.

All captains are expected to be a positive example to the rest of the gym, keep an open dialogue with Miss Tami, assist teammates with choreography and punctuality, and much more.

Congratulations to our new captains! Read below to learn more about our VCA Team Captains!
