Tumbling Series(GuagnZhou)

All Skills tumblingAll Skills Tumbling class will be a modification to our tumbling series program.  This class will have 1 American Coach, and may include 1 translator, for a dedicated hour of learning skills and drills.   All Skills Tumbling class will teach a wide range of skills to help any athlete at any level.  Coaches will speak with each athlete at the beginning of the monthly session to help athletes decide what skills they are ready to learn and that they want to achieve. This class is meant to be a supplementary class or for parents and athletes who are looking for a low commitment level.


Back Handsprings Series - This class is for anyone working on back handsprings. From the very beginning through series standing and running back handsprings, this class will train the athlete on the strength, power, body position, and technique of the back handspring.. 


Trampoline class - Trampoline class is a thirty minute body awareness class. Students will gain more control over their body as well as work their lower and upper body and build stronger core muscles. This is a great class to help your athlete progress faster in both their tumbling and dance skills. 


Tuition will not be pro-rated for absences. Make ups must be done in the same level or style of class within the athlete's age group. 2 make ups are permitted per session(month for Tumbling Series and 12 weeks for Rec.Tumbling).

Make ups must be done within the session that the athlete is currently enrollen. if absence will be known towards end of session, the class may be made up prior to the athlete is permitted to complete the makeup within the first week of the following session(this only applies to Tumbling Series). Makeups must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
