Open Gym & Adult Fit

Open Gym

Open Gym is available to all athletes, both members and non-members.

Open Gym is a great way to work on your skills in a fully supervised class with instructors available to help athletes. Full access to all of our facility is available. Open gym is designed for athletes to work on skills in a fun no-pressure environment. This gives athletes an opportunity to work on skills they are learning in their teams, classes and clinics.

We also now offer an Adult Open Gym. This open gym will be for our athletes that are 18 and older who want to come use the gym. Please no one under 18!

We are also adding a new way to purchase open gyms! An Open Gym Stamp Card that has 12 open gyms for a great low price is now available.

Open Gym Structure:

15 minutes of warm-up skills

40 minutes of skill work

5 minute stretch

Adult Fit

Pay Per Class

45 minute long classes

Come have fun and exercise in a class just for adults! We combine some of the most commonly used skills in Cheerleading and Cheer Dance to give you a good workout. Don’t worry, there is no experience required. This is a fun class to experience what it is like for your child to practice, while getting a low risk workout. For this Session you can only pay by the class, but please feel free to schedule several classes in advance.

Hey everybody, our instructors will be doing adult fit classes tailor fitted to their workout style. Check out different instructors and find the style you like the best and come on days that they are holding class!

Coach Olivia

Olivia’s adult fit classes are a cardio based workout, beginning and ending with a nice stretch. Olivia incorporates sets of exercises that target all muscle groups, with high intensity workouts in between each set. This high intensity interval training improves ones overall fitness; benefitting both muscular and cardiovascular systems, while boosting metabolism and burning fat. Olivia loves to keep her classes fun and motivating with a lot of pumped up music and positive energy!

Class Day: Thursday 10am-10:45am

Coach Amy

Come join Coach Amy as she teaches adult fitness class each Thursday at 10:00am! Her class will focus on creating strong, long, and lean muscles while improving strength and flexibility. Class will start with yoga sequences meant to quickly warm up the body while waking up and stretching out the muscles in preparation for the rest of class. We will continue on with a combination of cardio and body strength exercises in order to create a great muscle tone! The class will conclude with a focus on our core (abs and back) and a nice stretch to allow our muscles a quick recovery.

You can expect high energy music and fun exercises to keep you interested and focused on improving your fitness and health!

Class Day: Thursday 10am-10:45am

Coach Seth

Coach Seth will focus on muscle building and toning workouts. He will incorporate weights and body weight workouts at high reps to build and tone muscles inthose problem areas. His mix of power lifting and body building knowledge alongwith his high energy and positive attitude will propel you to the next level and help you crush your fitness goals.

Class Day: Wednesday 6:30pm-7:15pm
